Christmas Mocktail With Cranberries

Christmas Mocktail With Cranberries - Festive, Bright, and Alcohol-Free

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened, not cranberry cocktail)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (adds depth and richer color)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice (about 1/2 small orange)
  • 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (subtle warmth)
  • 4–6 ounces chilled ginger beer (or sparkling water for less sweetness)
  • Ice (large cubes or crushed)
  • Garnishes: fresh cranberries, thin orange slices or peel, lime wheel, rosemary sprig
  • Optional: a pinch of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick for extra holiday aroma

Method

  1. Chill everything first. Cold juice and mixers keep the mocktail crisp and bright. Pop your glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes for frosty rims.
  2. Mix the base. In a shaker or jar, combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, orange juice, syrup, and vanilla. Add ice, seal, and shake for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Prepare the glass. Fill a highball or stemless wine glass with fresh ice. If you like, swipe an orange slice around the rim and dip it in sugar for a light sparkle.
  4. Pour and top. Strain the juice mixture into the glass. Top with chilled ginger beer for gentle spice and fizz. Stir once to combine.
  5. Garnish generously. Add a few fresh cranberries, a thin orange slice, and a rosemary sprig. The rosemary smells amazing with the citrus and cranberry.
  6. Taste and adjust. If it’s too tart, add a splash more syrup. If it’s too sweet, a squeeze of lime sharpens it up.
  7. Serve immediately. This drink shines when bubbly and ice-cold.
